Louie's Bakery is a family-owned and operated business located in Marshall, Michigan. Louis Bagi established the business in November 1952. It is now run by his successors, with Jason LaForge, Louie's grandson, the manager. Business has continued to thrive with the combined efforts of family members , Dave, John, Lorraine, and Delores Louie's sons and daughters. The bakery also employs several part-time clerks and baker's assistants.
